Return and Refund Policy

At Velonara, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy, subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

Returns are to be sent to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that any returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If your refund is not approved, we will provide you with a detailed explanation.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described.

  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. We cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges.

8. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

9. International Returns

If you are returning an international order, please note that return shipping costs and potential customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
